Privacy notice

MBN Foundation ([legal form and registration number], [registered address]) organises the Hirkani Udyog Mahotsav, 23, 24 & 25 October 2026, and decides how registration details are used.

For each person: full name; business name if you give one.

For each form: mobile number; the days you'll visit; area or locality and how you heard about the festival if you give them; whether you ticked “tell me about future events”; whether you registered online or at the gate; the time you registered.

At the entrance: the day and time your pass was checked.

We don't ask for email, address, age or ID.

Registrations are for people aged 18 and over. We don't register anyone under 18; under-18s come in with a registered adult.

To issue your entry pass and registration numbers, check passes at the entrance, count visitors per day and plan the festival.

If you ticked the box: to tell you about future MBN Foundation events by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

You give these details to register. The future-events box is separate and optional; leaving it unticked doesn't affect your entry.

If you register others, check they're happy for you to give their names.

MBN Foundation's festival organisers, through a password-protected list. Details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its database for us.

Volunteers at the entrance see the names and days on a pass when they check it. Anyone who fills in the form with your mobile number and a name already on your pass sees the names on that pass.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is registering, using technical signals from your browser.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this site without cookies and without identifying you.

Festival details are deleted by 23 January 2027, 90 days after the festival.

If you ticked “tell me about future events”, we keep your name and mobile number until you ask us to stop.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of your details, have them corrected or deleted, withdraw your future-events consent at any time, and nominate someone to act for you.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
